Dr. Hall works with several different dental insurance plans, and our knowledgeable team members can help you determine what your benefits cover. In addition, you can call our treatment coordinator at (480) 376-1716 to learn more about your dental insurance benefits.

If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t let that hold you back from getting the dental care you deserve! We work with third-party financing companies like CareCredit to make dentistry more affordable with monthly payments.

Your Phoenix dentist also offers an in-office membership plan that allows you to get the dental care you need to maintain your healthy smile. For one low yearly membership fee, you’ll have all of your preventive teeth cleanings, checkups, and x-rays covered with no additional fees. You’ll also receive additional savings on most restorative or cosmetic procedures you need during the year.

Here’s what you don’t have to worry about with our dental membership plan:

  • Annual deductibles
  • Yearly maximums
  • Waiting periods on treatment you need
  • Preauthorizations for treatment you need
  • Limitations due to preexisting conditions

We’re committed to helping our patients get the dental treatment they need when needed, so please call us if you have questions about your treatment plan or payment options. Our team is here to help!

At Uptown Dental & Orthodontics, we offer personalized dental care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Because every patient’s situation is different, it’s difficult to discuss the cost of dental procedures until you have an evaluation with Dr. Hall.

During an evaluation, your Phoenix dentist takes time to get to know you and discuss your smile goals so she can partner with you in achieving your healthy and beautiful smile. She uses x-rays, photos, and an examination to determine if you need treatment and, if you do, which procedures would be most suitable for you. You will always have the final say on the best treatment for your smile, budget, and schedule.

Dr. Hall can let you know specific time frames for treatment and the exact costs of procedures during your evaluation. This way, there are no financial surprises for you.

We accept different types of dental insurance to help reduce treatment costs, work with third-party finance companies, and offer an in-office membership plan for patients without dental insurance.

Uptown Dental & Orthodontics plan members enjoy 100 percent coverage for preventive appointments and additional savings on most other procedures for one low yearly membership fee.

If you have questions about dental treatment, payment options, or need a second opinion on recommended treatment, reach us online or call (480) 376-1716.

Clear Aligners with Invisalign®

Invisalign works well for most patients needing tooth alignment or simple bite corrections; however, it’s not ideal for complicated bite

The best way to determine if Invisalign in Phoenix is the right treatment to suit your specific needs is to schedule an evaluation with Dr.
Hall. She’s a certified Invisalign provider, and she uses x-rays, photos, and a thorough examination to determine if Invisalign can help you
reach your smile goals. She can also discuss alternative options with you if you decide Invisalign is not the proper treatment for your needs.

Patients who choose Invisalign for their smiles love it because it provides discretion since aligners are clear and virtually invisible.
Aligners are also smooth, comfortable, and easy to wear, so you don’t have to endure pokey brackets or wires.

Wearing your aligners for at least 22 hours each day ensures that you stay on track with your treatment, and you can easily remove them when
it’s time to eat or brush and floss. You’ll change your aligners every two to three weeks, moving to the next set in the series, and you’ll
check in periodically with Dr. Hall to ensure your treatment is progressing as planned.

If you have questions about Invisalign or would like to schedule an evaluation, contact Uptown Dental & Orthodontics at (480) 376-1716.

Dental Implants

Many dentists feel that dental implants are the “gold standard” for replacing teeth. This is because they offer so many benefits for patients. Here’s what you should know.

Why Choose Dental Implants in Phoenix?

Dental implants are the only replacement option that restores your root and tooth. Why is this important? Because when you lose a tooth root, you also begin to lose bone density. When your jawbone doesn’t have a root to support it, it begins to deteriorate, impacting neighboring teeth.

Some other advantages dental implants offer are:

  • Natural-feeling solution – the function and appearance of a natural tooth
  • Easy home care – you can brush and floss as you usually would
  • Peace of mind – you can eat, chew, talk, and smile with confidence again
  • Excellent longevity – implants can potentially last a lifetime with the proper care
  • An intelligent investment – other appliances may have to be replaced over the years
  • Versatility – dental implants can replace one or multiple teeth
  • 95 percent success rate – tooth implants are a highly reliable procedure

If you’d like to learn more about dental implants in Phoenix for your smile, please get in touch with Uptown Dental & Orthodontics online or at (480) 376-1716 to schedule an evaluation with Dr. Hall.

Emergency Dental Care

Dental emergencies are unpredictable and inconvenient. At Uptown Dental & Orthodontics, we leave time open in our daily schedule to accommodate dental emergencies. You’re welcome to call us during a dental emergency, even if it’s your first visit to our dental office. Dr. Hall tries her best to provide same-day treatment for dental emergencies in Phoenix if it’s possible.

Some emergencies we’re equipped to help with are:

  • Abscessed or infected teeth

If you or a loved one is experiencing tooth pain or a dental emergency in Phoenix, we encourage you to call our dental office at (480) 376-1716 before heading to a hospital emergency room. Most hospitals are not adequately equipped to deal with tooth emergencies, and they will likely direct you back to your dentist for treatment. Calling your team at Uptown Dental & Orthodontics first can save you valuable time and money and get you back on the path to wellness faster.

Even if you’re unsure about your condition, call us first. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will assess your situation over the phone and determine the right next step for you.

General Dentistry

Following a tooth extraction, you should eat soft foods for a day or two. However, your dentist in Phoenix, AZ will provide more detailed and customized instructions based on your unique case.

Soft foods may include the following:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Pureed fruits and veggies
  • Mashed fruits and veggies
  • Yogurt and custard
  • Soup

Reasons You May Need Tooth Extraction

One of the most common reasons for extraction is tooth damage due to decay or trauma. In many cases, your Phoenix dentist can save the tooth, but if it is not salvageable, we will always recommend tooth replacement to preserve your oral health.

Wisdom teeth can be problematic when they don’t erupt properly or encroach on neighboring teeth. Because you don’t need them to enjoy a healthy smile, your dentist may recommend extraction.

We may suggest an extraction before Invisalign® treatment if the jaw cannot accommodate a row of straight teeth. And it may be necessary to extract teeth before making complete dentures.

We provide gentle tooth extraction in Phoenix.

Preventive Dentistry

The ADA (American Dental Association) recommends that healthy patients visit their dentist every six months for preventive teeth cleanings and checkups. However, patients managing gum disease may need additional dental teeth cleanings throughout the year to keep control of their condition. Dr. Hall can help determine the best preventive schedule for your needs.

When you stay proactive about your dental health and keep up with your preventive teeth cleanings and checkups, your Phoenix dentist can help you avoid many problems like tooth decay, cavities, and gum disease. We’ll screen you for these issues during every preventive exam so Dr. Hall can make you aware of any concerns as early as possible.

Your checkups and preventive teeth cleanings in Phoenix can actually help you save time and money. You’ll enjoy more time when you do not have to sit in the dental chair for treatment, and your wallet will appreciate not having to cover the cost of more complicated treatment procedures.

Even if it’s been a while since you’ve visited the dentist, it’s never too late to get back on track! Our patients love the friendly, upbeat, and judgment-free atmosphere they find at Uptown Dental & Orthodontics. Reach us online or at (480) 376-1716 to schedule your next dental appointment.
